We do not guarantee visitor numbers, streams, followers, playlist placements, sales, or search rankings. Your profile gives you a link you can share with your own audience.
Transparent placement: Paid profiles and paid directory listings are labeled “Sponsored Spotlight.” A paid feature is not an independent music review or award.

No. It is a one-time introductory payment for the package described on this page. There is no automatic renewal. Any future renewal would require a separate agreement.
Your dedicated profile and directory listing are included for 12 months from the publication date. They may be removed sooner at your request or if submitted content violates the stated requirements. Any renewal can be discussed before the term ends.
The standard package includes a directory listing and a dedicated profile. It does not guarantee the main spotlight position, homepage placement, or a fixed directory order.
We confirm the expected publication date before payment. Scheduling depends on receiving complete materials and your approval of the draft.
Yes. You retain your rights. You give Indie Music Artist permission to display the submitted materials and approved introduction for your feature and directory listing. You must have the necessary permission from photographers and other rights holders.
You may request a full refund before your feature is published. Once the approved feature is published, the fee is non-refundable except where required by law. If we cannot deliver the agreed feature, we will refund payment.
Report factual errors or broken links through the Contact page. New releases, replacement biographies, or substantial redesigns are outside the introductory package and may require a separate quote.
This package is a sponsored introduction to your music, not a scored review. We write from the information you provide and do not invent achievements, audience numbers, or endorsements.
